Here the sea plays the main role in a world between breathtaking panorama, land and seabirds, sea and mountains. If you enter the west-facing, covered terrace with barbecue fireplace, the view extends for miles across the sea and an approaching weather front becomes a natural spectacle.

Many towns with rich historical and cultural heritage, national parks and other natural beauties are just a stone's throw away from our holiday home.
Fishing villages has.
Zadar
The coastal town of Zadar, which is about 14km from the house, offers more than 2000 years old Illyrian and Roman old town, which is characterized by winding little streets, cozy cafes and many buildings of cultural and historical importance.
Particularly noteworthy here is the Cathedral of St. Anastasia (Croat. Sv. Stošija), a Romanesque basilica from the second half of the 13th century. Century with beautiful marble altars and paintings, the Church of St. Donatus (Crkva Svetog Donata) from the 9. Century and many other churches and a sprawling Roman forum.
Visitors from all over the world will also be tempted by the unique sea organ on the promenade. The musical instrument produces sounds through the wave movements of the sea under large stone slabs and thus offers a fascinating natural concert.
Nin
In addition to Zadar, 14 km away is the village of Nin, where, in addition to an extensive range of restaurants, the "smallest chapel in the world" can be discovered.
Zaton
At the Hotel Resort Zaton you will find an adventurous, fun bathing offer, which especially pleases the smaller guests.
Pag
From our sun-drenched terrace you have a wonderful view of the island of Pag. The almost 59 km ² island is about 35km away and is easily accessible by the Pager Bridge in the south of the island by car.
The island of Pag is known throughout Europe for its lace and bobbin lace, the famous Pag cheese, as well as the excellent lamb roast.
The east coast, which faces the mainland, is almost bare due to deforestation under the Venetians and the stormy bora, and looks like an unreal walled moonscape, while the west coast, spared from the bora, is rich in vegetation. Here are endless olive groves, pine forests, vineyards and fields.
There are countless small villages and settlements on the island. Among the large towns and touristy popular places include the city of Pag and the northern resort of Novalja. Both places offer beautiful beaches and sandy beaches and a wide range of sports and leisure activities.
