We live in the very walkable neighborhood of Chatham Arch, one of Indy's premium historic neighborhoods. The carriage house is directly across the street from the new Bottleworks development and a 3 minute walk to Mass Ave. You are very close to great restaurants, nightlife and all that downtown Indy has to offer while still being nestled in a quiet urban neighborhood.

This place is fantastic - not only was it incredibly clean, but the check in process was easy! Not to mention the location is unbeatable. I am not a fan of sleeping away from the comfort of my own bed, often not sleeping well in other places, but the beds were so comfortable I had no issues! We met the neighbor who was super friendly and there was parking in a garage which just made the trip that much more enjoyable. Absolutely will keep this place in mind for future stays!

We had a fabulous time in this rental unit. It is so close to Bottleworks and Mass Ave. The unit was ready on time and immaculately clean. I appreciated the gate at the top of the entry stairs. We had more than enough space and the beds were very comfortable. Will absolutely stay again!

Was a great experince. Lots of space, very competitively priced, conformtable beds, in a very walkable area and plenty of dish ware. Only suggestions would be to have some kind of anti-slip help in the tibs, and to update the TVs (we couldnt use any streaming services)

Perfect setup for a guys night

The check-in process was easy and we were able to get settled. The location was very centrally located to Mass Ave and walkable. Everything was as expected, and we enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful stay close to Bottleworks Hotel

This was such a great location for the wedding we attended at the Bottleworks Hotel. It was perfect for our family of 4 plus my mom.
