Biograd by the sea, once a city where Croatian kings were crowned, today an important and modern center for tourism, is the seat of the same named Riviera. Hotels, modern marinas, tourist resorts, motels, cozy private accommodation, campsites inside and outside the village, as well as a rich and varied cultural program of the city make your stay pleasant and varied. Biograd and surroundings are surrounded by even 5 national parks: Plitvice Lakes, Northern Velebit, Paklenica, Krka Waterfalls and Kornati, as well as 2 Telašica and Vrana Lake Nature Parks. This allows guests to enjoy extremely interesting half-day and day trips from Biograd to the most beautiful parts of Croatia. The kitchen has all the features of the best Dalmatian cuisine, based on fish and vegetables cooked. A real treat are the dishes made of very digestible and light lamb, preferably on a skewer.
