There are many bonuses to this home, and you will have access to enjoy all the luxuries. Set the temp using the Nest thermostat, and choose a room to stay in. Sleep away your dreams as you rest on the Nectar mattresses. There is also a washer and dryer if you need to wash a load or two. You are within 2.5 miles from the fun and action of the SoFi stadium. Everything is conveniently located. So, come relax, have fun and stay in LA’s Paradise!

What makes this property unique
The Vrbo home is privately fenced with its own security entry gate to front door and private patio area that only airbnb guest have access to. There is a detached structure approximately 20-30 feet in the rear of the airbnb home where tenants occupy. Tenants are quiet and respectful.

Outdoor patio lights are on a timer. They turn on at 7:00pm and turn off at 10:00pm.
