Village house with terrace and large private field, river and lake

This large village house is ideal for family holidays.
Its terrace and a large field will offer you a haven of peace in the heart of Brusque, an authentic and peaceful village.
You will enjoy the river that crosses the village and the nearby Céras lake for swimming.
For sports enthusiasts: Trail running and mountain biking.
For tourism enthusiasts you can shine in the regional park of the Grands Causses with the Abbey of Sylvanès, the rougiers of Camarès, the cellars of Roquefort or the Couvertoirade .

Located in a peaceful setting, our house offers a large private field where children can play in complete safety, as well as a pretty terrace equipped with tables, parasol and barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining.
It is an old family home, simple, authentic, still under renovation, ideal for 6 to 8 people. The living room includes a living room, a dining area and a kitchen area equipped with hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator. On this floor, a bathroom and toilet and two pretty bedrooms with storage, offering comfort and practicality.
On the upper floor, you will discover two additional large bedrooms and a large central relaxation room, ideal for resting or reading a good book.
Bed linen and towels are not provided but it is possible to rent them, let us know in advance and payment is made on arrival: 9€/ person

Our house is ideally located in the heart of the village, a stone's throw from a well-stocked mini-market and the bakery, which makes your daily shopping quick and easy.
On the square, an ATM, a summer bistro and a restaurant pizzeria "chez Tonton".
The village, typical of the Aveyron, is crossed by a picturesque river.
800 metres from the house, you will find the lake of Céras where you can swim or simply sunbathe.

Whether you are looking for a relaxing getaway or outdoor activities, our village house is the ideal place for a holiday with family or friends.

- The Abbey of Sylvanès, jewels of Cistercian architecture and its Music Festival located only 4 km from our village. Every summer, it hosts a festival of sacred and classical music, don't miss the opportunity to attend a concert in this exceptional setting.
- The village of Camarès and its Rougier landscapes, these unique red lands in France. Enjoy walks through these amazing geological formations, and explore the charming alleys of the village.
- The Caves de Roquefort 30 km from our village, where the famous Roquefort cheese is matured, a gourmet and cultural experience not to be missed.PGJyPg
