On a business trip, for a getaway with family or friends, this typical house of the North of France region will be entirely at your disposal .

On the 1st and 2nd floors:
You will sleep in 4 bedrooms spread over 2 floors accessible by stairs .
Each room has a double bed 140/190, a desk to work, a space to store your belongings .

On the 1st floor you will have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet.
The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms .

For your comfort we provide bed linen, towels, essential products: toilet paper, paper towels, shower gel, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, etc ... to allow you to start your stay off right.

Fibre wifi connection

A travel cot is available for younger travellers .

Traveller access
Our guests have access to the entire accommodation.

Check-in time: from 4 p.m.
Check-out time: until 11 a.m.

Access to the accommodation is facilitated thanks to an autonomous entrance by secure key boxes which will allow you to arrive independently at the time of your choice from 4 p.m

the house is located 7 minutes walk from the Epeule Montesquieu metro station Line 2 with direct access to the Lille Europe, Lille Flandres stations. You will be able to visit the entire Lille area and discover all its cultural riches.

Other remarks
🔸Le Cocon du Nord does not have a private parking space.
Depending on availability, you will park free of charge in the street in front of the house or in the surrounding streets.
