Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

Must be 25 years or older to book a reservation or an adult 25 years or older must be a part of the reservation group.
• No Smoking or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed to accommodate deep cleaning.
•No pets - $500 Penalty & subject to property removal without a refund
• No parties or events - $500 Penalty & subject to property removal w/o refund
• There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests (6) in or on the property at any one time, a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. Any outside visiting guests must be approved by owner/host
• Swimming in pool or canal is at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty (guests acknowledge risk by booking)
• Absolutely no fireworks on the property - $500 Penalty & subject to property removal without refund
• Our amenities are for all guests to enjoy, if any are damaged/lost/stolen at the end of your stay you will be charged the full retail value plus up to a $100 inconvenience fee
• Extra Persons beyond the number of guests reserved at time of reservation is subject to $25 per person per night charge (max 6 guests allowed)
• Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)
• Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs
• Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement
• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
• Check-out is 10:00 AM
• No early check-in or late check out unless agreed upon by owner/host & guest - $50 fee for early check-in if approved by owner/host
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM per city ordinance, please help keep our neighbors happy and our home in good standing with the city.
