The amazing property is surrounded by the 57 acre Matanzas Nature Preserve located within walking distance! The Matanzas Nature Preserve offers you numerous trails and bicycle trails as well.


Shopping, restaurants, the library, marinas, food stores, and other conveniences are all located nearby. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood of beautiful single-family homes.

The pool, the laundry room, and the outside comon area are shared with other guests, staying in the other 2 units.

All vet documents must be provided prior to your arrival.

** Standard occupancy is 2 guests, can accommodate up to 4 guests! After the 2nd guest, there is a fee per night.
** Pool heating option is available at an additional fee if your reservation takes place between October - April.
