About this property

Quiet easy stay in this pretty oceanfront unit on the end with windows on 3 sides. Sunrises from the 8th floor worth getting up for! (Elevator, of course.) Quality furnishings throughout and wonderful padded seating on balcony. Heated pool in season and year round hot tub when you walk off the wide clean beach. Foot showers to get all the sand off after a walk looking for shells. Because of the smaller building and houses, this area of the beach is not crowded. Ideal for 1-4 people. (Max of 6.) All linens provided. No pets or motorcycles. Conveniently located to so much to do in the area, but you just might not want to leave the property at all!

More than you'd expect!

This condo exceeded all expectations for our 4-day weekend stay. Our family consisted of including a senior and 8-year-old twins. We were very comfortable in the condo related to sleeping arrangements and space. The 8th floor view was spectacular. My mom being able to sit out on the balcony and take in the view of the ocean did her heart and soul good! The stand-up shower in the primary bedroom was a plus as it accommodated for safety needs with shower bars, as did the raised toilets. There was more than an adequate supply of towels and washcloths AND they weren't basic white. Although not planned, we ended up having breakfast in each morning. A toaster, keurig, microwave and more than ample pots, pans, etc. made this a breeze. The unit had more than an adequate supply of paper products including napkins, paper plates, paper towels, etc. Although I brought beach towels, it wasn't needed as there was more than an adequate supply of those as well as beach chairs. The washer/dryer was also a bonus. This condo is great for being able to minimize how much you bring. The washer/dryer was a plus. One complaint would be that at times when we went out and returned, there were no parking spaces and I don't know what we were supposed to do. We brought my sister's handicapped parking tag, which saved us, as handicapped spaces were available. Also, the room with the double-bed and bunk beds is tight for space so my niece and I put our travel items in the other 2 bedrooms.

Best place to stay

Everything was very clean we felt very comfortable there. Also it seems to be a very secure building in a good neighborhood great if you are bring children and worry about little ones. It is close to a lot of activities and restaurants.

Great quiet location, perfect beach access

Great stay. Condo had everything we needed and fit our family perfect. Great quiet location. Perfect beach access with ample parking. Not crowded, with lots of entertainment nearby. Great communication with condo owner. She made sure we had everything we needed and answered all of our questions promptly. Will be booking next summer.

This had been my beach home for 2 wonderful years. I've recently married, however, and have moved to my husband's home, but we will be using this as our frequent getaway too! We just can't give up the gorgeous view, the sound of the waves, the friendly other owners who have become friends, and of course the ease of walking down to the beach.
