First floor apartment with covered porch overlooking playground/sports fields. Great location with downtown restaurants, museums, and grocery store all within short walking distance. This building has two other listings called Clayton#2 Cozy, Clean and Convenient Apartment and Clayton#3 Clayton Cozy, Clean, and Convenient Apartment if you would like to book with family or friends.

Quiet village neighborhood. Off street parking. BBQ grill. Playground and sports fields across the street

Village is easily walkable and probably your best mode of transportation during the busy summer weekends.

Our property is perfectly located in the village. One block from grocery store, park across the street. Three blocks to downtown and 5-7 minute walk to Antique Boat Museum. Fifteen minutes to Cape Vincent and Alexandria Bay.
