The location was perfect - across the river from Boldt Castle & within walking distance to downtown A Bay. Check-in was super easy. The space was perfect for our family of 4.

Perfect view

We had a great weekend staying in our two bedroom. It was very clean, cool, and easy to cook in. The perfect location right across from Bolt Castle made the 4th of July fireworks spectacular. The communication with the house manager Jacqueline was easy, she always responded quickly.

Perfect location in the Bay

Great stay in a great place. 5 minute walk to Uncle Sam's or the main dock, less than that for shops and restaurants. Full view of Boldt Castle across the main channel, and 100 yards from the River Walk. Condo is very nice with all expected amenities. Jacqueline was very responsive and helpful. If you stay here and it's your first time in the Bay, ask her for detailed instructions on how to get to parking; when you arrive at the property, it's not obvious how to get to the parking lot outside the condo door.

Great stay in a great place. 5-minute walk to Uncle Sam's or the main dock, less than that for shops and restaurants. Jacqueline was wonderful and she explained the message about the place where to go and how. good restaurants etc. That was more helpful. and I received an immediate response to my needs. It was our first time, we enjoyed the stay. She needs to put carpet on the second floor. we could not sleep since we stayed on the first floor. we hear everything from the people above. Footsteps, running, and dragging the pieces of stuff. Over all Jacquline is AWESOME.

Only recommend if staying on second floor

First off, the location is excellent and the property manager Jacqueline was also excellent. If you are looking for No Frills this is your place. We booked only a couple weeks prior to our visit so we couldn’t be picky. My biggest issue with the property is that we stayed on the first floor and you can hear EVERYTHING from the people above. Footsteps, talking, pots and pans, furniture moving, etc and often times it was at night while my family was trying to sleep. I called the property manager multiple times to complain, she did contact the people above us and it helped a bit. I would not stay at this property again unless I was on the second floor.

Very nice property & area

Can walk to everything. Might want to warn people if they leave with their vehicle during the day they may not have a parking spot when they come back on the days the boat tour is running. Would be nice if there were parking only spots for the people staying there.

Alex Bay Property

Great location one block from the downtown shops and restaurants with a view of the river. AC was not working when we arrived so we called the number listed to report the problem. Owner was responsive and came to the property while we were out to dinner. Fortunately, the weather cooled of and we opened the windows because the AC was still not working when we left 4 days later. No book on premises with the rules for the house, attractions, restaurant recommendations, emergency numbers, etc. Great location for a visit to Alex Bay.
