Cocoonr offers you this charming 154 m² architect-designed house in Albi to rent. It sleeps up to 8 people.

It comprises a 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 2,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- 35 m² living room with TV, fireplace, sofa and armchairs
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A separate dining room
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds (90×200)
- Bathroom (with shower and bath)
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140x200) fitted with a dressing area and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- A 15 m² mezzanine with a desk, library and board games

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A south-facing terrace of around 100 m², with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
- A 1,000 m² garden, south-facing to the front of the house and north-facing to the rear, private and not overlooked. The garden has fruit trees, a swing, a knotted rope and a slide.

The house is ideally located in Albi, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Albi Episcopal City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its famous Sainte-Cécile cathedral, the Palais de la Berbie, the Berbie gardens, the Pont Vieux, the banks of the Tarn and the narrow streets of the historic centre.
- The Toulouse-Lautrec Museum is around 5 km away.
- Nearby, the Pratgraussals leisure centre offers a large green space on the banks of the Tarn, ideal for walks, playing with the kids, picnics, relaxation or sporting activities.
- Less than half an hour away, you can reach Gaillac and its vineyards, one of the oldest vineyards in France, ideal for lovers of wine, wineries, picturesque villages and beautiful hilly roads. The Gaillac region offers a combination of wine-tasting, markets, heritage and strolls through the bastide towns.
- A little further afield, the famous medieval town of Cordes-sur-Ciel is a must-see excursion. Perched on a rocky outcrop, its cobbled streets, Gothic houses, craftsmen, galleries, viewpoints and unique atmosphere are all there for the taking. It's one of the best places to visit from Albi.
- From the house, you can also set off to discover Ambialet, a spectacular peninsula formed by a loop in the Tarn, perfect for a relaxing stroll; Monestiés, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in the Tarn; Carmaux, marked by its mining history; or the hilltop villages and bastides of north-western Tarn such as Castelnau-de-Montmiral, Puycelsi or Penne, with their ramparts, arcaded squares, panoramic views and medieval heritage.
- For a more sporting or family day out, the Mazamet footbridge and the medieval village of Hautpoul offer a great excursion, with an impressive suspension footbridge and superb views of the Montagne Noire. The Montagne Noire, the lakes, the forests, Sorèze, the Abbey School, the lake at Saint-Ferréol and the Monts de Lacaune are all great ways to extend your discovery into more natural, cooler, mountain landscapes.
- A wide range of board games for all ages are available.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park (2 to 3 vehicles).

- There is a bus stop about 600 metres away, at the junction of the route de Terssac and the chemin de Pinérato, providing access to Albi city centre on weekdays via the LibéA network.
- Nearest train station: Albi Ville, approx. 4 km away.
- Nearest national airport: Castres-Mazamet.
- Nearest international airport: Toulouse-Blagnac.

- The fireplace is functional and the necessary equipment is available (log carrier, poker, brush, dustpan, ash bin, etc.) Wood can be provided at an additional cost.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Pets accepted free of charge. One pet only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking.
- Access to the mezzanine is via a staircase that may be dangerous for young children. An adjustable barrier is available in the basement.
- The main room is open to the whole house.
- Reversible air conditioning is installed in the main room.
- The garage can be accessed via the two doors connecting the basement and the house. The basement also has a laundry room and outdoor furniture.
- The house is equipped with motion detectors that sound an alarm and take photographs in the event of an intruder. These are located in the living room, dining room, hallway and garage and are deactivated when the property is let.
