You will enjoy a quiet and comfortable cocoon, in a peaceful suburban area, just a 10-minute walk from the historic centre and 20 minutes from the city centre of Tours.
MY ACCOMMODATION:
Located in a quiet residential area, just a 10-minute walk from the historic centre (Place Joseph-Bourreau and Place Georges-L'hermitte) and 20 minutes from the city centre of Tours (18 km).

- Remains of the castle and spa and church
- Girault bridge and banks of the Indre
- Bollée wind turbine
- Coulée Verte for walks
- Skate park and playgrounds for children
