- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (160 cm), fitted wardrobes, and access to the balcony.
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined to form a double bed, with access to the balcony and to a separate sleeping alcove ("mountain corner") equipped with a bunk bed (2 single beds – 80 cm). The sleeping alcove does not have a window but can be separated from Bedroom 2 by a sliding door.
- Shower room with shower, single sink, and heated towel rail.
- Main living area of approximately 28 m², comprising:
- A fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, microwave),
- A lounge area with sofa, armchair, poufs, and TV,
- A dining area with a table seating 6 people,
- Access to the approximately 16 m² north-east-facing balcony.

Additional features:
- Private garage for one car.
- Private ski locker.
