Modern idyllic holiday apartment: Apartment Albers in Travemünde on the Baltic Sea. Modern and newly furnished, 60 sqm. Holiday apartment in the 2nd Floor, in a well-kept apartment building. WiFi 20m / bit! Living room: sideboard, large dining table, black leather couch, fold-out to the sofa bed (140x2.00m), stereo, LCD TV, DVD player, balcony with furniture and view of the park. Kitchen, seating, new kitchen with every comfort from 2017, bedroom, 2 single beds with new mattresses (2x90x200) from December 2017 open foot ends, large closet. Bathroom from January 2017, with rain shower and hand shower.
Location 10 min. Walk to the water and 7 minutes to the Travepromenade (front row). Shopping, all shops are within walking distance. The bath bus line 40 stops in the immediate vicinity, stop Rose, takes you to the beautiful Hanseatic city of Lübeck or in the other direction to the Baltic Sea baths. A bicycle rental is nearby, there is a private parking space, a lockable bicycle storage room is available. A washing machine (coins) is available in the basement. The apartment is located in a quiet house, right next to the Orkneypark. A cot and a high chair are available for your children. Only bookable for whole weeks from June-September and arrival only FR, SA or SU! Bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the rental price !!!

Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung gerne weiter, der Zustand ist sehr gepflegt, moderne Böden, modernes Bad, komplette Küche, bequemes Bett und bequeme Schlafcouch. Die Lage in dem Wohngebiet ist gut, mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell bei verschiedenen Supermärkten, im Ort und am Strand, auch fussläufig ist es noch ok. Im Park direkt nebenan kann man ausgiebig spazieren gehen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind gut, entweder auf dem Mieterparkplatz oder auch ohne Schwierigkeiten etwas näher auf der Straße. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist super, sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Freundliche Vermieter und sehr gepflegte Wohnung.Leider musste wirklich alles selbst mitgebracht werden. Ich dachte, dass z.B. Salz und Pfeffer auch in dieser Wohnung inzwischen zur Grundausstattung gehören. Trotzdem würde ich die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sauber, ruhig, verkehrsgünstig

Lage: 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Traveufer, 15 Minuten zum Strand. Direkt vor der Tür ist die Haltestelle für den Bus, der von Lübeck über Trave die ganze Küste bis hoch nach Scharbeutz abfährt. Hinterm Haus ein großer Park, alle großen Lebensmittelhändler fußläufig.Ausstattung: Küche ist komplett mit allem, was man braucht, Wohnzimmer mit diverser Unterhaltungselektronik, W-Lan haben wir nicht an seine Grenzen gebracht. Waschkeller haben wir nicht ausprobiert.Einziges Manko ist der Fahrradabstellplatz im Keller - meine Frau hätte die E-Bikes nicht rauf und runter geschafft...Übergabe: netter Kontakt, aber Schlüsselversand per Post ist zumindest ungewöhnlich - hat aber gut geklappt. Weiterer Schlüssel dann in der Wohnung.Wir waren sehr zufrieden, alles Wesentliche war sehr sauber, wir können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Akzeptable FeWo Travemünde

Die Ausstattung ist komplett-Geschirrspüler/Mikrowelle/großer Kühlschrank/Geschirr im Überfluss/Töpfe und Pfannen. Bücher/DVDs/Spiele/ auch Kinderspielzeug/ TV ist ok/kleine Musikanlagen/Duschbad/Balkon mit Schirm Tisch und Stühle. Der Parkplatz ist etwas weit zu laufen. Alles in allem empfehlendswert. Eine sehr nette Eigentümerin. Der Weg zum Einkaufen und auch zur Promenade ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Sonnige Woche in Travemünde

Die Wohnung ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist sie sehr ruhig, der Ausstattung mangelt es an nichts. Wir freuten uns, sogar eine Senseo Kaffeemaschine vorzufinden. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und gut zu erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Stor 2 værelses ferielejlighed

Ferielejligheden er en stor 2 værelses 2.sals lejlighed med altan. Der er nyt lækkert badeværelse og et stort køkken, med alt hvad man kan få brug for til madlavning. Til lejligheder er der egen p-plads, hvis indkørsel er lige ved siden af 1. blok. Kun ca. 200 meter væk ligger Aldi og Edika, så indkøb er nemt. Der er ca 15 minutters gang ned til nærmeste jernbanestation og til turist gaderne i Travemünde. Her vil jeg gerne anbefale at spise på "Granat Grillhaus " som ligger i Kurgartenstrasse 133. Virkelig lækker mad og super høflig betjening. Ca ½ af retterne er vegetariske. Et besøg på "Heimat og Seebath museum", vil vi også gerne anbefale - interessante opsætninger af mange emner om Travemünde's historie. Tog til Lübeck går en gang i timen og koster ca. 25 kr. I Lübeck er der meget at opleve - en flot gammel middelalderby med skønne gårde og passager(gange). Derfor: Lejligheden ligger perfekt og har alt man har brug for og dertil gratis parkering. Den er også meget hyggeligere, end det billederne viser. Værten har virkelig gjort meget med udsmykningen. Det virker rart.

Insgesamt eine prima Woche. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, gut gelegen in einem ganz normalen Wohngebiet, was uns immer gut gefällt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, ein paar Minuten Fußweg zur Strandpromenade und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren. Und dazu noch ein Superwetter in der Woche! Fazit: Immer wieder gerne, wenn's uns mal wieder nach Travemünde treibt!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen! Be.-u.Entladen vom Auto straßenseitig kurzer Weg, dann reservierter Stellplatz vorhanden. Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und groß und gut ausgestattet. Bei unserem Aufenthalt, war sie leider nicht gut gereinigt (Boden, Teppiche, Besteck, Töpfe etc. waren leider dreckig). Nach Rücksprache wollte die Vermieterin (sehr freundlicher Kontakt) Rücksprache mit der Reinigungsfirma aufnehmen. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder mieten.
