Amazing 8 Acre Ranch- Weddings, Reunions, Retreats

The Liney Moon is a sprawling 8-acre retreat in Dripping Springs ("Wedding Capital of Texas") and is the perfect property for weddings, yoga/wellness retreats, family reunions, corporate retreats, and other group gatherings. This beautiful Hill Country property can comfortably sleep up to 60 guests in three distinct areas of the property: 1) modern industrial styled "Stellar House" , 2) three one-bedroom tiny home "Triplets", and 3) ten unique hotel-suite style "Horseshoe Cottages". The expansive grounds feature a sparkling fenced pool, multiple fire pits, outdoor bar, three grill areas, huge covered patio, putting green, hiking trail, professional grass volleyball court, horseshoes, many outdoor games and much more!

The Stellar House, the heart of The Liney Moon, is a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom house that is perfectly placed in the middle of the property. The massive open concept common area is the perfect place to gather indoors with a huge sectional couch facing the large flatscreen tv over a linear fireplace. The spacious and recently upgraded kitchen has a huge island and is fully equipped with two refrigerators, two ovens, and two cooktops, plus all of the essentials needed to prepare a meal for a large group. The back patio was designed with celebrations in mind with a huge covered patio with large farm tables and event tables/chairs that can accommodate events up to 150 daytime guests! Additionally, the event area comes with a gas grill, bar with stools, outdoor flatscreen TV, swimming pool, yard games, fire pit and more. The Stellar House includes a master suite with a luxurious master bath, two bunk-room suites each with two custom-built, super fun queen bunk beds and on-suite bathrooms, and a fourth bedroom with twin bunk beds (and an adjacent bathroom) perfect for the little ones.

The Horseshoe Cottages are 10 hotel-suite style cottages that each have a king bed and full bathroom (note our 2 ADA-friendly cottages have Queen beds to be more acccessible). Each cottage comes with a flatscreen tv, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, television, remote controlled AC/heating unit, and even a desk/chair for remote working! The Horseshoe Cottages are chic modern industrial style and are adorned with artwork from some of local favorite Matthew McConaughey's most popular movies! If you find the time, don't miss the chance to stargaze from the chairs in the middle of the horseshoe. There is also a covered pavilion with a grill and picnic table along with yard games (i.e., horseshoes, washers) and a putting green in the middle grassy area as well!

The Triplets are three tiny homes that were carefully and thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate families or small groups. Each Triplet has one bedroom and bathroom with a living space, kitchen, and washer and dryer. The bedroom has two queens divided by a wall that goes part of the way down the middle of the room for privacy. On top of the two queen beds are custom built twin-size bunk beds, meaning the bedroom can sleep up to 6 guests. The bedroom has an oscillating ceiling fan, remote controlled AC/heating unit, and blinds that block sunlight. The dividing wall has shelving and outlets which provide the perfect space for charging phones and tablets. Each queen bed also has a private overhead light for discrete lighting. The living space is equipped with its own remote controlled AC/heating unit, couch, flatscreen tv, ceiling fan, and light blocking shades as well. There is a bar/counter with stools for additional seating or eating space. Each triplet has porch lights and seating on the front porch perfect for enjoying the serene, peace, and beauty of the Hill Country.

Lastly, we have the ceremony site with benches made of solid limestone slabs and a sleek Scandinavian-style and covered Moon Chapel. Our ceremony site can seat up to 150 people and is perfect for weddings, concerts, and other types of events. Additionally, we have wifi access points throughout the property to provide Starlink internet across the entire property.

Located in Dripping Springs, in the heart of Texas's famed Hill Country, our property is only about 35ish minutes from downtown Austin and the ATX airport. Dripping Springs has abundant attractions including 35+ wedding venues, nature parks (i.e., Hamilton Pool Preserve), boutique shopping, restaurants/coffee shops, live music venues, 9+ wineries (i.e., Solaro, Bell Springs), 12+ breweries (i.e., Vista/Twisted X), 9+ distilleries (i.e., Deep Eddy Vodka), entertainment centers (i.e., Dreamland), and much more!

We have tons of parking on the property, enough for a typical wedding of 100+ people. Uber/Lyft also operate in the area, but most guests will find it necessary to have a car. We also work with local small businesses that offer transportation and shuttle services and can provide these referrals.

We have several primary rules:
1) We do not allow loud outdoor amplified music after 11pm (10pm on weekdays)
2) Fireworks are not allowed
3) Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent the property. Groups that misrepresent the nature or size of their party will be asked to leave. We monitor exterior noise levels to ensure that your group complies with the rules.
