Near the village, detached stone house of 54 m² on 2 levels. It is comprised as follows: Ground floor: - Living room with a sofa bed for 1 person - Kitchen Accepts 1 person free of charge with sleeping space on the sofa bed in the living room during the ski season only (January and February) and for stays of up to 3 nights. Access to the cottage is via a steep path; low-clearance vehicles should drive slowly. Upstairs (accessed via a very steep wooden staircase): - 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90x190 cm), including 2 bunk beds (the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old) - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190 cm) - Shower room/WC Heating is charged extra (flat rate: €10/stay) - 3000 m² garden - Covered terrace - Garden furniture - Barbecue - 5-person hot tub (3 seats, 2 loungers) - Car park on the property (manual gate) - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave - Freezer compartment - Television - Wi-Fi - Hair dryer - Beds made upon arrival A detached stone house in Ghisoni.
