It is composed as follows: On the ground floor (access via 4 steps): - Living room/kitchen - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190 cm) - Bathroom - WC Gîte available for 6 people (reference 54023) - Shared 6,000 m² fenced property - 30 m² terrace - Garden furniture - Relaxation furniture - Built-in barbecue - 3 deckchairs - Swimming pool shared by both cottages (12x6 meters, depth: 1.20 to 2 meters), open throughout the rental period and secured by an alarm. Access to the pool is only permitted to those specified in the rental agreement. - 3 parking spaces on the property (manual gate) - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave - Filter and pod coffee maker - Freezer compartment - Television - Wi-Fi - Hairdryer - Fan in the bedroom - Mosquito nets on all windows - Bed made upon arrival - End-of-stay cleaning option (€35) to be paid directly to the owner 100 meters from the sea, cottage for 2 people with shared pool
