This spacious home, with 4 BRs + a den with sleeper sofa, sleeps 12 comfortably but still retains its cozy feel. No sun? No worries :) Take the family to the indoor saltwater pool or play a board game on the screened-in back porch as you wait for the sun to come out. Book your stay with us today!

* 1st floor: Den with queen sleeper sofa; powder room; entryway bench with towel hooks; laundry room; access to garage with outdoor shower

*2nd floor: Living room with 50 inch smart tv and large sectional; open concept fully equipped kitchen with new stainless appliances; dining area with table with 8 chairs + 2 counter stools; powder room; screened-in back porch with chair hammock and string lights!

*3rd floor: Main bedroom with attached balcony, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with double vanity, shower and soaking tub; 2 identical bedrooms with 3 beds (one twin bed and a set of bunk beds) and a smart tv in both rooms; Full bathroom in hallway with shower/bathtub combo

*4th floor; Small workstation in hallway at top of stairs (just big enough for a laptop); Bedroom with Queen-sized bed and attached balcony; Full bathroom

*Garage with room for 1 car, includes 6 beach chairs, a beach wagon to haul your stuff; spike ball, beach toys, and fishing/crabbing nets!

*Outdoor shower!

What we provide:

*Linens including sheets, bath towels, bed spreads, and pillows are provided and paid for by linen fee.

*A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and laundry detergent will be provided. You may need to purchase more supplies depending on the length of your stay.

*Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and luggage racks for each room are provided

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sunset Island. 20 Corner Store Lane was so convenient to everything from the little store, the pool and enjoyable bay and walking trail around the community. The house was wonderful and comfortable for our family. Every morning I enjoyed having coffee in screen porch. I hope we are able to return!

Pleasant Getaway

**RECOMMENDED** We had a wonderful experience while on vacation! The property was very well maintained, spacious, and accommodating for a larger family (11 people) of various ages (infant to adult). It is conveniently located near the beach and has many amenities. The property owner was very kind and helped make our stay a pleasant one! Look forward to returning!

Friends Weekend

The house was the perfect size for a group of friends to get away! The property has so many amenities- included sheets, beach chairs, crabbing equipment and enough of the basics kitchen and bathroom items to get you started. I would 100% rent this property again!

Beautiful property, pricy for extras!

The property was beautiful and spacious, and the owner was helpful with questions. Very close to a private beach, and nice walking path was a plus. One complaint was that we ended up staying on a rainy weekend and the house only came with 6 passes for the indoor pool. We weren’t aware of that ahead of time and it was $70 per extra pool pass. Bit of a bummer, as the group planned to spend the whole time together. It was also $70 daily for each additional parking pass for any more than 3 cars, and someone who had a temporary pass was ticketed when staying overnight because they didn’t have a permanent pass. The property itself was very nice and owner was lovely, but the community is big on extra fees and tight on rules. Just know that going in!
