We had a wonderful experience. The pool (including food and beverage service) were great. Private beach was an added plus. Hosts were very responsive and always ready to please. Only solution is to provide more bath towels.

Good location, host was quick to communicate and helpful, found as advertised. Will note that it is in a private community with limited street parking, but would book again!

The house was great for our family! The only issue was that the carpet was filthy and needed to be replaced. There was no pantry space but the kitchen seemed to have everything that you needed. We loved the location and the front porch!

The Sunset Island was a terrific experience. We enjoyed the bay beach, the out door pool, the indoor pool, and the fountain area. The listing for the townhouse we rented was misleading. It claims sleeps 15 but we were told only 12 are allowed at check-in. There were no towels at the bay beach as advertised, no sauna allowed for renters, the linens provided were not high quality, no bathroom mats to step out of showers. The white couch inthe family room was filthy and broken. There was a co2 detector sitting on a shelf in pieces. No remote for garage. Outdoor trash cans were overflowing when we arrived. No trash bags. When we asked about the welcome bag of supplies we were told there is no such thing. We will consider renting at Sunset Island again but will look for a different property.

Every thing was great but we had a medical emergency this morning and in the chaos of that situation, I dashed out and some important belongings including prescription medication that I need back. My niece lives in Sunset Island. Can someone please give her a temporary code to retrieve those items for me?

Very nice.

Had a wonderful time. Most everything was as stated. A couple minor things with the interior was the only quibble. But was well worth staying here.

Sunset Island

House was very accommodating for our family and friends. We loved the location, close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. We did find many ants on our arrival and didn’t feel it was cleaned well for what we paid.

Perfect Location

The location is close proximity to restaurant, stores and 2 blocks from the beach. The community is beautiful. House was nice but definitely need some deep cleaning. We brought our own linens and towels but they do provide them.

Perfect Stay!

The house was amazing and it was a perfect stay for my group of friends. I like how it was in a private community and it was nice to have a private pool and beach. The house only comes with 6 passes for the pool even though it sleeps 12. If you want to have the additional people hang at the pool, you have to pay $70 for each pass for the duration of your stay. You can just walk around and sit on the beach for free though. Highly recommend the house for a family or a friend getaway!
