This home in Dover Bay is ideal home for families, those supervising the build of a new home, execs who need wicked fast internet and ‘Snow Birds’ who want to depart the desert in summer and come play on Lake Pend Oreille.  Reservations do require a 30 night booking due to the Dover Bay Meadow’s HOA, making this an ideal home for longer stays — note no taxes are collected on stays of 30 nights or more and landscaping and snow removal are included at no additional cost.



Upon entering, you are immediately welcomed by the modern and open floor plan.  Beautiful LVP wood floors, tall ceilings, a fabulous and fully appointed kitchen, laundry, plus three bedrooms and large garage, complete the main level.  The kitchen is a cook's dream as they’ll enjoy new appliances, plenty of cabinet space, quartz countertops and the massive island which doubles as additional counter seating.  Tall windows let in plenty of light and the kitchen opens up to a dining and living room area, plus a covered deck for al fresco dining. The Master bedroom is ensuite with King bed and walk in spacious closet, while the second bedroom has a Queen bed and a third bedroom has a Twin over Full bunk - ALL with luxury linens.   Off the living room, stairs lead up to a bonus room with sleeper sofa, additional TV and custom desk (super high speed internet of course too!).  This home is fully appointed with thoughtful details and a large two car garage too!



Situated in Dover Bay Resort, the encompassing amenities of this neighborhood make this an ideal and incredible place to stay.  This is a quality, four season resort which includes:  9 miles of walking/biking/hiking trails, marina, convenience store, DISH restaurant, temporary boat moorage and on-site water sport rentals!  Balto Dog Park offers a beach and swimming area, along with a small playground and restrooms.  Note:  Lake Club Fitness is privately owned and is unfortunately not open to vacation rental guests at this home.

Also, the home has a 2-stall garage, but the homeowner keeps one small car inside, leaving one inside parking space available for guests.  Additional parking for up to 2 more cars is available in the driveway.

1.  Dover Bay Marina & Resort independently sets the costs & terms for Marina usage, Trailer storage, Fitness Facility and Pool / Hot Tub access and use.  Daily/weekly rates are available.
