Fully equipped modern apartment (completely new in 2017) with gas heating, also suitable for long-term stay. Bed linen and towels included. Free Wi-Fi available. Double bed in the bedroom, couch in the living room for additional person usable as a sleeping place. Cot for toddler available. The apartment is located in the attic (IV. OG) and is therefore very quiet. But there is no elevator.

Take a vacation where others live. There are 3 apartments available, also long term, temporary or permanent rent. Each apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and in another room a folding or extendable couch. A cot 1,20x0,80 is additionally possible. Free Wi-Fi. There is no elevator, so climbing stairs is necessary. Self-sufficiency. The house was lovingly restored in the Gründerzeit style. The apartment is located
in a tenement house, which is inhabited by several tenants. It is a
Old building with beamed ceilings. Therefore, the noise insulation meets the standards
the former Wilhelminian architectural style. It lies opposite the fire station of the city Görlitz. Emergency vehicles occasionally move out with blue light and siren, which can also happen at night. Parking is free on Krölstraße; however, no parking space is reserved.
