This beautiful cottage is the only house in the bay Miljana?a, which is located on the island of Bra? The yard of the house is, so to speak, connected by steps with the beautiful pebble beach. The domicile is secluded on the 10000 m² natural plot and offers a relaxing vacation in the nature. This accommodation is spread over two floors with external stairs. On the ground floor are: Living room with kitchen, dining room, bathroom and exit to a large terrace with sea view. The attic has a roof slope to 110 cm and on this floor are the three bedrooms and bathroom. The cottage is powered exclusively by solar energy, so electricity is limited. The friendly homeowners live about 4 km away and are always available to help. Up to the house leads a gravel road of about 3300 m, so for the access an off-road vehicle is recommended. If necessary, you can rent a boat from the house owner without obligation and with additional costs. The center of Pu?i??e can be reached quickly by car.
