This unique and private Mountain View Lodge is nestled at the base of the Smoky Mountains in the charming town of Maggie Valley. Boasting a small creek off the scenic front porch, the soothing sound of nature gives a feeling of being tucked away in a quiet, tranquil place.

The inside of this alluring space is quite cozy and comfortable, with each room of the spacious 2100 square foot lodge having its own interesting theme. Whether you want to relax and enjoy a cup of hot coffee in front of the gas fireplace, watch a game in the family room or take a hot bubble bath in the inviting master bath, the interior has something for everyone, including your pup!

The space is also just one floor and no narrow roads or up in a mountain so very easy access and you still get great views from the porch!!! Our guests love that!!

The Mountain Creek Lodge is centrally located just minutes from the infamous stretch of Maggie Valley shops and restaurants, Cataloochee Ski Area, the Wheels Through Time Motorcycle Museum, Miniature Golf, Festival Grounds, and a sleek view of the old and soon to be revitalized Ghost Town.

Maggie Valley is where the Smoky Mountains meet the Blue Ridge!

Just a short distance to the following destinations for hiking, fishing, river rafting, farmers markets, antiquing, golfing, horseback riding, local breweries, street fairs and a lifetime of memories:

We had a great trip. Loved the separate bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the large living room. The property was well maintained and clean. While we didn’t cook during outer visitation, the kitchen was great and we saw items in the cupboards like spices and cooking spray. We enjoyed the coffee station in the morning and really appreciated the bird food on the porch so we could fill the feeder and bird watch.

This vacation home was very clean and had all the comforts of home. My husband, myself and our four legged pal Maggie Mae really enjoyed our stay. My only disappointment was the large tub in the master bath did not seal well, causing the water to drain out way too quickly. I had hopes for a long enjoyable bath. But truly this was no big problem. Everything else was above the standards of other VRBO's.We had a wonderful stay and was disappointed we had to return home.

The property was very comfortable and had all the creature comforts you expect from a first class property. Located a short distance off of Soco Road, the main road through Maggie Valley, meant you were only a short drive to restaurants, shopping and places to visit, It's a short drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Cherokee and Bryson City, and, of course Waynesville. We enjoyed our stay in Maggie Valley. The bedrooms have plenty of space. The kitchen had all the appliances and amenities we needed. The kids loved a soak in the huge bathtub. We were close to all the restaurants and ships and only 30 minutes from the airport. The owners and property managers were responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
