On a one-hectare communal plot, a detached house with a private terrace. Ground floor: kitchen (microwave, freezer), living/dining room (TV, pellet stove - pellets provided). WC. Upstairs: bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm), bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be joined together. Shower room with WC. MANDATORY OPTION €50: cleaning, bed linen, and towels. Electric heating. Wi-Fi being installed. Vendresse 12 km, Charleville-Mézières 17 km, Lac de Bairon 25 km. Just 15 minutes from Charleville-Mézières, come breathe in the fresh country air!
