About this property
Family home in the Champsaur with a view
Large semi-detached house in the Champsaur with a nice view of the Autane, its terrace and garden will allow you to best appreciate the fresh air and the calm of the valley. It is a family place of life that we will be happy to share with you.
In winter the pellet stove will warm you up and comfort you after skiing. The ski resorts are less than 15 minutes away and the house is located 10 minutes from the village of St Jean St Nicolas (all amenities), 25 minutes from the town of Gap.
In summer, mountaineering, via ferrata or canyoning walks are accessible less than 15 minutes from the house. The Drac, the river of the valley, is directly accessible from the house in 10 minutes on foot.
