Idyllic on the edge of the Bergisches Land in a small village is our GrÀfrath Guesthouse Neunkirchen-Seelscheid. The green nature invites guests to go hiking, cycling, horseback riding, fishing, golf and much more. Our house is located about 25 km from Cologne and Bonn and is ideal for guests looking for a good break from the stress of the big city. The historic half-timbered house in a pleasant quiet location was newly renovated in early 2018.

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus war toll. Es ist alles soweit vorhanden, was fĂŒr den Alltag gebraucht wird. Mitgebracht werden muss nur das Essen.Das ist Haus ruhig gelegen im Dorf und fĂŒr Besorgungen wird ein Auto benötigt. Vielen Dank fĂŒr den Empfang mit allen Infos.

Ruhig gelegenes Haus in schöner Umgebung

Die Immobilie ist sehr großzĂŒgig , die 4 Schlafzimmer gerĂ€umig , 2 Badezimmer und eine sehr großzĂŒgie KĂŒche , die vom Vermieter mit viel Zubehör und Verbrauchsmaterial ausgestattet wurde ,sowie ein großrĂ€umiges Eßzimmer lassen auch bei schlechterem Wetter entspannen zu. Der Vermieter war sehr zugewandt und entgegenkommend Jederzeit wieder !

Sehr schönes großes Haus, mit Stil renoviert. Sehr sauber, alles ist vorhanden von den BettwĂ€schen bis zu den TaschentĂŒchern... Wir haben 5 sehr schöne Tage verbracht, in aller Ruhe und trotzdem in aller NĂ€he (u. a.) von Köln, Bonn und ... Phantasialand. Danke an die Familie GrĂ€frath fĂŒr den netten und unkomplizierten Empfang! TrĂšs belle et grande maison, ancienne mais rĂ©novĂ©e avec style. TrĂšs propre, tout est Ă  disposition, du linge de lit jusqu'aux mouchoirs en papier! Nous avons passĂ© 5 magnifiques journĂ©es au calme mais malgrĂ© tout Ă  proximitĂ© directe de Cologne, Bonn et ... Phantasialand (entre autres). Merci Ă  la famille GrĂ€frath pour leur sympathique accueil.

A lovely place to stay

A lovely, clean spacious house in a nice quiet area which is within easy reach of many amenities and easy to travel into cologne and Bonn. The house was extremely well equipped for our stay making it all very pleasant.

Sehr sauberes Haus. Mit allen erforderlichen GerĂ€tschaften eingerichtet. Man braucht tatsĂ€chlich nur seine ZahnbĂŒrste und Essen mitbringen. Familie GrĂ€frath war durchgehend zu erreichen. Echt topervaring met 8 golfvrienden. Schoon, ruimte goede WiFi bedlakens, handdoeken BBQ etc alles aanwezig. Erg vriendelijke ontvangst en zelfs nog tijdens verblijf is men nog langsgekomen of alles toch goed was. Een aanrader ook met kinderen.

Rundum zufrieden

Wir sind mit einer Gruppe von 6 Personen angereist und haben einen etwas anderen Erholungsurlaub betrieben um einfach mal den Alltag hinter sich liegen zu lassen. Jedes Jahr treffen wir uns um ein Tod geglaubtes Community Event welches sich Lanparty schimpft zu vollziehen. Das Objekt eignet sich dafĂŒr Prima an dem Großen Tisch finden gut 6 PCs Platz und mit einem Beistelltisch hier und da könnte man das ganze sogar erweitern. Die Netzwerkanbindung klappte problemlos und mit der 50000er Leitung bleibt dem Spielspaß keine Grenzen gesetzt. Das Ferienhaus ist mit 4 gleich ausgestatteten Schlafzimmern bestĂŒckt Bett ist bezogen und Bequem sowie absolut ausreichend. Weitergehend gibt es 3 Toiletten und zwei BĂ€der die alles in allem auch keine WĂŒnsche offen ließen. Die wirklich gut ausgestattete und große KĂŒche (mit Geschirr, Besteck Tassen SchĂŒsseln Ofen Mikrowelle etc) konnten wir prima nutzen um zB. Pizza selbst zu machen oder ein ordentliches FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet aufzubauen. Der freundliche Vermieter hat auch fĂŒr alles gesorgt, MĂŒlltĂŒten Backpapier TaschentĂŒcher, Zewa etc muss alles nicht mitgebracht werden, was uns sehr erfreute. Neben dem Gas Grill der bei unserer Ankunft noch vom Hausherren persönlich zusammengeschraubt wurde, plöppten auch schon die ersten Biere und ein erholsames 4 Tage Wochenende konnte beginnen. Wir empfehlen dieses Objekt nicht nur fĂŒr Familien sondern auch fĂŒr vernĂŒnftige!!!!! Jugendgruppen um auch einfach mal wegzukommen von dem Schnelllebigen. In diesem Sinne bis nĂ€chstes Jahr.

Zeer vriendelijke afwikkeling en ontvangst. Woning bevat zeer ruime slaapkamers en ruimtes en alles is ruimschoots voorhanden. Woning was heel schoon. Prachtig wandelgebied op 5 min loopafstand.
