The hot tub is inflatable, but surprisingly comfy. It even had bubbles! Shower is a bit tough, hard to get anything other than scalding hot or cold. Bathroom otherwise was fine, even had a bidet seat! Kitchen was great and just had what two people needed. Nice large screen TVs.

This place is nice and comfortable except for the shower knob and water temperature which is very inconsistent, you either get extremely hot or very cold, no in between, making taking a shower difficult and frustrating, had to shower in family member house a few times during my stay which is why I would not recommend this place if you like to take nice and comfortable showers. Stayed in this place once before in 9/25 and the same problem existed. Prior to renting this time around, I asked the owner if problem was fixed and he assured me he fixed it which was not at all true. Had I known, I would not had rented the place a 2nd time. Besides that, nice place but wouldn't stay again.

What an awesome location just tucked away from the village sqaure of Rincon, it was perfect for me as a cyclist as I have my bicycle down here and I was able to experience all of the coastline stretching down the old railroad way, saw so many great beaches just minutes away by bicycle! Really great rental! Thanks so much!

Great place to stay

The place was super clean and in a safe neighborhood. Rincon is a great place for surfers with lots of shops and there's an art walk on Thursday nights which is very fun. would recommend Rincon to anyone looking for a chill time.
