A fabulous, newly renovated, beach home with your own 16 x 24 in-ground pool! Located in the quiet community of Midway Estates, this beach gem offers a beautiful pool, peaceful backyard with a propane fire pit, grill, and two decks. It has everything you need for a true vacation! Close to the beaches of Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, and Cape Henlopen (5 -6 miles) this home is centrally located East of Route 1. Walkable to many restaurants, movie theater, outlets, waterpark, mini-golf, and more!

Spend the day at the beach or relax in your own private poolside oasis! This home offers everything you need for an unforgettable beach vacation. Two bikes available for your use along with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach kites, and umbrella.

The light-filled sunroom, dining room, and poolside offer a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, evening refreshments, or just relaxation.

You will have the entire house available during your stay with a private driveway and fenced-in yard. There are two outdoor decks, one off the pool area with seasonal flowers and plantings and another in a peaceful, private fenced back yard with an outdoor grill, a shaded patio table for six, and rockers.

If you want a break from the beach, the pool area offers lounge chairs, large patio umbrellas for shade, and pool basketball. Plenty of space for family fun and relaxation!

No smoking is allowed inside the house, and no guests are allowed other than those registered with the house. No renters under 25 years of age. The house accomodates six guests. Guests will be asked to sign a lease with a pool liability waiver. No parties are allowed.
