It is located in a more than 160-year-old natural stone house, which is a listed building and lovingly restored by hand in 2017. With its authentic and unusual appearance, reminiscent of the charm of the past, the house is also a frequent eye-catcher of passers-by and guests. It is decorated in a Mediterranean style, with thick walls to protect against the heat.

The apartment is located on the ground floor. On a floor space of about 95 m², the following rooms are available: a living room with flat screen TV and double sofa bed; a bedroom next to it with double bed; another bedroom with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer and unique dining room and a bathroom and a separate guest toilet.
The yard is equipped with garden furniture and a charcoal grill. The property is fenced and thus well suited for children and dogs.
Nearby is the marina with many cafes and restaurants. Unique is the location in the middle of the pedestrian area. The beach is only a few minutes walk.
On request you will receive a parking card for the communal parking which is about 200m from the apartment. For this there are daily 2 € / day extra costs.
