including a living room (living room-kitchen) of 17m² fully equipped (hob, washing machine, oven, fridge, microwave, senseo, crockery, a table with 4 chairs.

a bedroom of 17m² with bed of 160*210 and television
direct access to the shower room composed of an Italian shower, a washbasin, towel dryer.

A beautiful aquatic area with a 40m2 covered and heated swimming pool (swimming pool not accessible from December to March).
The courtyard is under video surveillance as well as the entrance to the swimming pool. Children must be accompanied by parents to access the swimming pool.
An artificial lawn with deckchairs outside, a bowling alley is available.

Our cottages are non-smoking, we do not accept animals or parties. We ask our guests to respect the place and the area. This means that after 10:30 p.m. we ask to respect the calm.
