Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic!!! Such a lovely place. Great communication with property manager/host, Claudia. Great location near shops and restaurants on the end of a quiet street. We had a party of 5 and there was room for everyone. I definitely recommend this property.
The location was great and the rooms were very good. However, the instructions to make the shower water hot were not clear. Even when we understood how to correct this, they were still not very warm. The pressure was also low.
The apartment had a lot of upsides, including location, cleanliness, air conditioning in all of the rooms (which was absolutely necessary in June!), and communication with the manager Barbara (who is EXCELLENT, by the way. Download the WhatsApp and she will message you all the information plus more that you need for your stay!).
However, the apartment was very small. It *did* have three bedrooms and an attached partial 4th bedroom, but the living space/kitchen was TINY. While we all had an actual bed to sleep in, the apartment was simply too small for my family's party of 7 people. We were on top of one another and had no place to really get comfortable in the evenings after dinner when we were winding down for the day. The couch in the living area could only seat three people, and not very comfortably, and that was only if two of those people were children. The rest had to sit at the dining room table and the chairs were very uncomfortable for both your back and your bottom.
The beds, also, were VERY hard and so were the pillows. After ten days abroad, my family and I all suffered from painful hips and backs from the beds.
If you are traveling with more than five people, I would not suggest staying here simply because of the lack of room to "spread out", as they say. But, this apartment has a wonderful location, with plenty of food options, and it is quite clean.
The building is easy enough to get into, there is an elevator in the building also that works, which came in handy as my mother has breathing issues and could not climb 5 flights of stairs (the apartment is technically on the 4th floor, but you have to climb 5 flights of stairs, as the first floor is considered the "basement"). So that is a huge plus if you are older or disabled from stairs.
We really liked staying here for the convenience, and it serves the purpose of simply having a bed for everyone, and kitchen to cook a simple breakfast in each morning. But I do mean "simple". There is only one cooktop, one pan, and one pot. There are enough pace servings for eight people, but only enough cutlery for five people.
Overall, it was a nice stay but we would look for something else in the future :)
Nice property, accurate pictures, only real drawback is the limited shared area (as shown in the pics).
