This thoughtfully designed and recently renovated home provides all the comforts of home with a large open great room with plenty of space for the whole family to gather, 5 spacious bedrooms which are perfect retreats for when quiet time calls, and a resort style pool area with a covered elevated cabana sitting area with views of the Gulf that will escalate your island vacation. You will feel the level of comfort the minute you walk in the welcoming ground floor entry foyer, where you can use the elevator to all floors at no additional fee.

The top (3rd) level is a large master suite with a King size bed, morning kitchen with mini-fridge and coffee maker, 46" flat screen TV, and plenty of room for pack and plays and space for the kiddos. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower. The private deck provides the best views of the Gulf, perfect for morning coffee and sunrise views.

The 2nd level offers views of the Gulf, the Island and of Apalachicola Bay, a large great room with spacious, open fully stocked kitchen, a pantry, spacious dining area, and lots of room in the den to gather for catch-up conversations, games, or a movie on the large 55" flat screen TV. A cozy screened porch is on this level for dining alfresco, as well as an open sun deck and stunning Gulf views. A bedroom with King size bed and 32" flat screen TV connects to the common full bathroom on this level.

The 1st level offers 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, 32" flat screen TV and direct access to the beachfront deck with stairs leading to the ground level. Two bedrooms have King size beds, the 3rd was recently updated to a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds: Queen over Queen and a Twin over Queen with a Twin trundle. The laundry room is also conveniently located on this level.

The private pool area is the perfect place to relax, entertain and admire the sparkling Gulf water from the covered elevated cabana with plenty of cozy sitting and even a bar top area. Other amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower, an enclosed outdoor water closet that can also be easily accessed from the beach, a fish cleaning station, a ping-pong table and a park style charcoal grill. The pool can be heated for an additional fee.

To assist in your adventure at Ahoy’ster, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental **available only to guests who originally booked with SGI Premier**. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Bringing a pet(allows 1 dog at 70lbs or 2 dogs at 35lbs) or want pool heat? Either one can be arranged for additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or groups that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit.
