This condo is in a peaceful area of Gulf Shores. Perfect to get away, but with that peacefulness plan 20-30 minutes for a trip into town. Included in the cleaning fee is 1 parking tag.
- Strict no party rule. Plan on partying? Book next door, not here. Daily quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. Smoking is grounds for removal and fines.
- No pets. If you sneak a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $175 and asked to leave.
- Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
- If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation you will be charged $100 per person per day, and subject to removal.
- Alcohol is allowed for guests of legal age.

We are owner operated. No meeting for keys just arrive to the condo! We are real people with real jobs just like you. Three days before your arrival we will message you with check-in details with your private code for keyless entry. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a message or phone call away to make your beach stay everything you dreamed it would be.

You get the whole condo unit with access to all amenities offered by The Dunes including the beach access, pool, hot tub, fitness center, outdoor patio, and parking.
4th Floor Condo at The Dunes. Direct path to quiet white sandy beaches 300 yards away. The complex has an indoor/outdoor pool surrounded by palm trees. Unit is professionally cleaned with enhanced protocols. Great place to get away, relax, and make memories you'll remember forever.
Included in the cleaning fee is 1 guest parking tag, good for the duration of your stay. If additional parking passes are needed, arrangements must be arranged prior to as passes are provided by the cleaner prior to your arrival.

Beautiful condo

Great location to the beach, this condo is nice and clean. The owners were great to work with! We had aggravation with construction going on while we were there but other than that we had a good time!

Beautiful location

Tyler was so easy to work with and is an excellent host. He answered all our questions and responded within just a few minutes everytime. The view of the Gulf from this condo is amazing and the beach is within walking distance on a paved road. The condo was very clean and well stocked and the pool/hot tub was a great addition. We will definitely stay here again.
