BeachHouse @ Sombrero & Ocean access w/45’ Dock, kayaks and Bikes.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Our home is close to grocery stores, the beach, family-friendly activities, and public transportation. Our place is good for couples, families (with kids), and anyone who loves the ocean.

Included in the rental you’ll have access to bicycles, kayaks, and paddle boards.
The space
The home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with an attached dock for a boat. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and is a great open space. It’s location is truly amazing and guest will be able to visit the beach daily if they want. The two bedrooms have queen size beds.
Guest access
You can rent a car or use taxis to go around marathon key. There is a bus that drives down to key west and bicycles can be ridden around the neighborhood or to the beach. Parking is directly in front of the home and a key will be left in a lockbox.
Ground level garage is used as storage and not accessible to guest.

Excellent Christmas Stay

This is an excellent property in Marathon, both for location and affordability. It is extremely well appointed and well maintained. The house has everything you need, from beach towels to cooking utensils.we loved be a short, pleasant walk or bike ride from Sombrero Beach, as well as so convenient to Publix and other restaurants and activities. If we were coming back to Marathon, I would 100% stay here again.

Excellent property!

This home looked nice online but was even better in person. Spotless clean and had everything you could need during a vacation. We spent more time at the house than planned, purely due to the comfort - both inside and out. Manny nailed the details!

Spring Break fun!!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is perfect. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and entertainment. Easy drive to Key West. Many amenties to include a fully stocked kitchen, kayaks, bikes, and everything you need for the beach. The house and yard were very clean and organized. Manny is extremely helpful and resposive. We will definitely return!! Thanks for a great stay!!

Super clean and great location!

Everything was wonderful! We really loved how clean the house was and the location is perfect. We had pre-planned a lot of activities away from the house, but there is plenty of things to do there. The kayaks, paddleboard and fishing poles are great options! The neighborhood was quiet and we loved the large paths. The online pictures don’t show it, but there is a new, large sectional and chair and a half in the living room, which was a welcome surprise and gave us plenty of room for our family of 5! Manny is a wonderful host and quick to respond with any questions. Thank you, Manny!

Absolutely the perfect low Key vacation we needed

The house is perfectly located on the island next to Sombrero Beach, a mile from Publix and the Crane Sanctuary, with jet skiing/SCUBA just 10 mins away. Manny has done a wonderful job making the house cute, comfortable and welcoming. It is well stocked with cooking supplies, flatware, etc. Maybe bring Tupperware for your extras. Great family couch, a tv you can log into your stream subscriptions, two paddle boards, a double and single kayak, four bikes, and an above ground pool. The neighborhood is QUIET & PEACEFUL. Plenty of space under the house for socializing, there was no grill while we were there but I am sure you would be welcome to bring one. My prerequisite's are a well appointed kitchen, washer dryer, clean/comfortable living/family room, peaceful environment and convenient access to “Keys Civilization”- all met at Manny’s. If you hate looking for a quiet, comfortable, relaxing stay in an updated beach house- Manny’s place is for you. My family loved it! I look forward to our next stay. Thank you, Manny for making our stay so comfortable.
