Located on the main floor, the master King suite blends contrasting neutral colors and textures to fuse a modern but comfortable vibe which glows with sunset views from its private patio seating area. Emerge yourself in the warm, seductive ensuite master bathroom adorned with a free-standing, oversized bathtub and spa-like shower. Also, on the main level is the 6-person, custom-built bunk suite equipped with private televisions for each bunk and is adjacent to the impressive gameroom. For the young (or competitive) at heart, the gameroom, which fully opens to the outside through a garage door, is certain to be the heart of the house, as fun overflows with an assortment of games, like billiards, foosball, skeeball, an arcade and more!

Maximum overnight occupancy is 16; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.
