The house comfortably sleeps up to 8 people including kids/teenagers, and 1 infant, equipped with:
1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 daybeds, 1 twin bed, 1 trundle bed, and 1 pack-n-play.

Living room: The comfy and stylish living room with a sectional, 2 accent chairs and a big Smart TV with a sound bar is perfect to relax and watch a movie after a day of fun in the sun.

Primary bedroom: This bedroom is a big in-law suite with total independence from the rest of the house, it is equipped with:
-King bed with an eco-friendly mattress (Awara mattress).
-An electric height adjustable desk so that you can get some work done.
-An ensuite bathroom.
-A kitchenette with sink, toaster oven, coffee maker, and other appliances so that you can cook simple meals.
-A small living room area with a comfy daybed that can sleep an adult, teenager, or kid.
-A smart TV.
- Private access to the backyard.

Primary bedroom 2: This bedroom has a queen bed with a comfy and eco-friendly Avocado mattress, view and access to the backyard, an ensuite bathroom, and of course a smart TV so that you can relax and binge-watch your favorite shows.

Third bedroom: With a special headboard hand made by us (your hosts) this room is our favorite, with a queen bed with mattress from Brentwood home, easy access to the third bathroom, and view and access to the backyard, anyone in your group will be happy to sleep here.

Fourth bedroom: We call this the "Dive bedroom", it is inspired by our love for diving and exploring the sea! This room is perfect for the kids in the group but works for an adult too. It is equipped with 1 daybed and 1 trundle bed.

Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen, with pots, pans, baking sheets, cupcake pan, and all the utensils you could need, you will be able to have a lot of fun cooking delicious meals with your friends or family.

Outdoor dining area: This space is perfect for enjoying lunch and dinner with your group, with a big table, a new outdoor kitchen with grill, fridge and sink to cook some delicious meals, and of course a TV so that you don't miss the game while grilling the steak.

Landscaping: No expense was spared in landscaping every inch of this home with the most beautiful and delicious tropical fruits and other edible plants. Local tropical permaculture experts curated a beautiful and inviting edible landscape like you've never seen before. Everything from bananas, pineapples, mangos, and strawberries are planted on site. Enjoy a tropical experience like never before being able to enjoy and observe these wonderful plants.

Pergola: The covered pergola is the star of this house, with 2 sofas, 2 hanging chairs, and one gas fire table. In the grass, you will find 2 chaise lounges, perfect for the tan lovers or the afternoon nappers.

Extras: We also provide beach equipment, and lots of garden games so that everyone in your party has the best time!
