Once entering the foyer, there is a brand new queen sleeper sofa and a mini pool table for fun! In the living room is a beautiful leather sectional sofa and an ottoman serving as seating or table. There is a 60” flat screen TV mounted on the wall with cable for everyone to enjoy. Adjacent to the living area, there’s a dining table with seating for 6 as well as seating for 3 at the breakfast bar in the kitchen.

The open concept living allows for everyone to participate together whether in conversation, cooking, dining or watching TV. The open kitchen is warm and inviting and has brand new beautiful granite tops with all stainless steel Whirlpool appliances. There is a blender, toaster and coffee maker provided for your daily breakfast needs. There is also cookware, cooking utensils and all kitchenware needed in the villa for your home cooked meals.

Around the side of the kitchen, for a little more privacy, there is bedroom 2 which is a large bedroom with a queen size bed with dresser and nightstands and 40" Roku TV. On the other side of the villa is the master bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, bedside tables, two chest of drawers and a Samsung TV. It has direct access to the pool patio with sliding glass doors. The en suite bathroom has been wonderfully remodeled with a granite vanity and large stand-up glass shower. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and has sliding doors to the pool and patio area and a 50 inch Roku TV and bedroom 4 has 2 twin-size beds. The bedrooms share a 2nd bathroom which has been beautifully designed with a classic tub/shower combo and granite vanity making this home ideal for combined family groups.

Nearby the kitchen, is the laundry room with 2 brand new high efficiency washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener included. There is also a vacuum cleaner provided. The back patio offers a large splendid pool with waterfall and 6 sun loungers in a very spacious tropical surrounding for relaxing days or nights. There is a cozy gazebo , for shaded preference, at the end of the pool area that has couch seating for 4 with table, an overhead fan.

The pool has been completely transformed with new tiling, lighting, water feature and optional heater, (additional fee added upon request), for guests to relax and enjoy.
