Brand new villa with 2 apartments for 8 people each which can ideally be united to one private villa for a maximum of 16 people. Stunning view on Lake Como with Isola Comacina and surrounding mountains. Swimmingpool and sun deck.
A beautiful small beach (partly sandy) can be reached directly across the road.

Apartment 1: groundfloor with private garden. 4 bedrooms: 2 with king-size doublebed and 2 with each 2 singlebeds. 4 fully equipped bathrooms: 3 ensuite bathrooms (2 with shower box and 1 with bathtube/shower), 4th bathroom is separate with shower box. Openplan kitchen-dining-living. Free WiFi and TV. Dishwasher, Fridge and Freezer, Oven, Cooking, Washingmachine and Tumbler, Ironing.

The apartments are accessed at the rear of the house from an undercover public car space. 1 free parking place is included in the quote.

Erwartungen übertroffen

Wir sind zwei 4 Köpfige Familien eingereist und haben 6 Wundervolle Tage verbracht. Die Aussicht auf den Comersee ein Traum. Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sehr modern und sauber. Viel Platz und genau wie abgebildet. Alles vorhanden um sich eine auszeit zu nehmen. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und eine tolle Abkühlung für die heissen Tage. An dieser Stelle grosses Dankeschön an Wendy und Mario für den tollen Service und Hilfsbereitschaft. Immer erreichbar und zur Stelle wenn man was brauchte. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Awesome property

What a beautiful villa, spotlessly clean, comfortable, great location. Another bonus is the convenient parking onsite, and parking in this area on the lake can be challenging! It helped make our vacation to Lake Como even more amazing. Dealing with the owner was easy and she was very responsive. The folks who welcomed us were extremely helpful and were available via WhatsApp for any questions that came up during the week. We highly recommend staying at this property if you are heading to Lake Como!

The villa is. Nice , well located, great view, nice welcome, 3 master bedrooms and a forth one, the villla is new, all with great dishes, and very nice to view the Como lake, it was great vacation, the only small thing was that there were not enough hot water in the morning for seven people

Sehr schöne, helle und geräumige Ferienwohnung mit super Ausblick auf den See.

Wir haben eine Woche mit zwei Familien (8 Personen) in der Wohnung verbracht. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen und die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat unseren Ansprüchen entsprochen. Es ist leider etwas hellhörig, so dass man aus der oberen Wohnung schon einiges mitbekommt. Das hat uns aber nicht sehr gestört. Von der Straße unterhalb der Wohnung hat man bei geschlossenem Fenster nichts mitbekommen. Alle Schlafräume sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Im Wohn- und Kochbereich befindet sich keine Klimaanlage und es hat sich morgens schon sehr aufgeheizt. Da bleibt nur die großen Fenster weit aufzumachen und mit einem Ventilator zu unterstützen. Unsere Autos konnten wir in einem kleinen Parkhaus unter der Wohnung abstellen, was sehr angenehm war da. Vom Betrieb im Parkhaus bekommt man auch nichts mit. Der Pool liegt auf der Rückseite des Hauses und ist über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Wir wurden durch Wendy, Mary und Mario sehr herzlich empfangen und hätten uns bei Problemen oder Fragen jederzeit bei ihnen melden können. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat war ein Grill. Der Urlaub wird uns in schöner Erinnerung bleiben.

We loved "The view". We were greeted with love!! The owners and friends of the owners were outstanding! We had a welcome basket and a book with so many helpful hints for the area!! This was our first time using Homeaway !! We were spoiled for sure. We went to the island for dinner-WOW . We will return with our children! Todd and Lisa Bennett
