Dream Vacations on the French Riviera: Apartment No. 2 (35 m²) + Private South-Facing Sun Deck (16 m²)

I am a pleasant 4-room apartment of 35 m² fully furnished with a private solarium of 16m² and furnished, on the ground floor that can accommodate 2 people, in a very quiet site and in a large brand new villa. I have many other advantages:
Outside:
- A private swimming pool reserved for our tenants of 70 m² (10 x 7 m, small bath 1.2m and large bath 2m) with Copper - Silver treatment without chlorine or salt, protection by light barriers and alarm.
- A bathroom near the pool, with a traditional Finnish sauna with 6 seats, (please inform the owners 1 hour before use to heat up the sauna), (20 € for each use), shower, washbasin, fully equipped with separate toilet.
- Direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool as well as to the entire garden of 4,000 m² (fruit and vegetables in season)
- A counter-current swim, with balneotherapy, and hydraulic massage.
- My private solarium of 16 m² facing south overlooking the pool, with a plastic table, 6 place settings, 4 white or green plastic armchairs, a free-standing parasol.
- A large 400 cm x 250 cm awning with a crank handle, to protect you from the sun and keep the room cool
- An electric barbecue on request
- A separate and private entrance, flowered next to your private parking space

- A noise-cancelling door, and a partition door with security lock on the tenant's side for a totally independent apartment that ensures total tranquility and discretion.
- A modern kitchen 15 m² (kitchen/dining room) (120 litre refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob with four halogen and one induction hob, hood, microwave/grill...), in 2 large mirrored cabinets (all kitchen tools), for the pleasure of making your 4-star menus (refer to the inventory of the apartment in the rental contract).
- A large storage space for all the kitchen and table equipment (crockery, plates, cutlery, pan, casserole, pots, ... ),
- Two teak armchairs and a small table with 4 stools for breakfast.
- A bedroom with a large 180 cm x 200 cm couples' bed, double slatted bed base, 100% latex and silk mattress, and two very large wardrobes/wardrobes with overhead system.... and multiple drawers and storage.
- Furniture with drawers and chests for all the Audio- and Video devices in the apartment (81cm) HD-3D Multi-channel reception TV in all languages and multi satellite, DVD/Audio/MP3 player, ...
- A bathroom with bath and shower, 5-height cabinet for all toiletries, Oral-B dental jets (we do not provide brushes), auxiliary heating, large mirror and toilet.
- REVERSIBLE AIR CONDITIONING OPTIONEL HITACHI AIR HOME 400 (free 12 hours a day, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. in summer, apart from 15€ per day)
- Multilingual TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi.
- Linen and pool (60€ per week) and electric barbecue are provided on request, ...
- My home is lucky enough to be connected to a spring water network (Source du Loup et du Foulon) that is always cool, around 14 to 16°C. Avoid buying them.
- Underfloor heating set to 21°C in winter.

I forgot to tell you that I am located due south, at the top of a hill and that I dominate the villages of VALBONNE and PLASCASSIER located less than 15Km from the sea.

I am located:
- next to the old village of Valbonne (10th century) which has become, with the Sophia-Antipolis technology park, the most international village on the Côte d'Azur without having lost its character and its Provençal way of life
- on the edge of the Parc de la Valmasque (561 hectares of protected area of traffic-free forests). You can practice hiking, running or mountain biking. This park is the lung of the Côte d'Azur. Origin of the word "Valemsque", it comes from the Valley of the masks. This forest was, several centuries ago, a very dense forest that it was evil to cross except for the monks (who never move alone!).

Ma demeure prides itself on continuing the tradition of our Niçoise table. Our organic products, the fruits of the fruit trees, some of which are specific and/or endemic, and everywhere the herbs of Provence. For connoisseurs, some pearls among the fine wines of the region, and their addresses..., but also all the gastronomic and tourist escapes on the Italian Riviera and in Piedmont, ..., without forgetting the sea, everywhere the sea and the azure mountains.
