Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 30 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood available), double sofa bed (sleeps 2) and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- A separate WC
Outside area :
- A 16 m² shaded courtyard with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Dijon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
