This bright and modern apartment is located in one of the best golf courses in the southeast of Spain, in the residential complex "Hacienda Riquelme". Thanks to the covered terrace and the excellent weather, you can enjoy the view of the golf course and the community pool all year round.
The golf course of the residential complex was designed by Jack Nicklaus, known worldwide as the best golfer of all time. Also in the surrounding area you will find many of the best golf courses in Spain and Europe.
The complex offers you the opportunity to enjoy a great atmosphere and the tranquility of a private urbanization. In the facilities you will find a restaurant, supermarket, proshop, driving range and much more, where you can spend great moments with friends.
The main cities of the Murcia region are about 25 kilometers away, where culture, art, gastronomy and buildings of great architectural value lay the foundations for a successful vacation.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 12.00 per person or bring their own. Buen apartamento pero muy dejado

El apartamento está muy bien lástima que hubo fallos graves, como por ejemplo la limpieza, nos encontramos con mucho polvo, sábanas con pelos las tuvimos que volver a lavar, y no sólo no eran ni sábanas, era la funda de un edredón. teníamos parking subterráneo, pero no lo pudimos usar, porque el propietario no se acordaba del número de la plaza, menos mal, que fuera en la calle había sitio. La wifi tardamos dos días en tenerlo porque nos dio mal la contraseña. En la terraza hay unas hamacas que tuvimos que poner toallas para sentarnos, de lo sucias que estaban. En definitiva, es una pena, porque el apartamento es muy chulo y la zona, pero está muy descuidado.
