The development is secure with gated access and on-site parking, set in a peaceful area yet only 500m from the main Plaza with bars, restaurants, cafés and shops — and just a 10-minute stroll to the beautiful Mar Menor beaches.
The property is ideally positioned overlooking the communal pool, making it perfect for families who like to be close to the centre of the complex.
Inside the Property
The house benefits from air-conditioning and infrared heating in the living room and the 2 upstairs bedrooms, ensuring year-round comfort.
All three bedrooms are also fitted with ceiling fans and infrared heating.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher and washing machine.
For entertainment, there is a flat-screen smart TV, Xbox with games, fibre-optic internet and IPTV with the full Sky package (Sky Sports, Sky Movies), plus a full movie library, box sets and catch-up TV.

At the front of the house is a lovely seating area with a stone BBQ and a table for six.
