Paul’s Place is a bright, modern and fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse on the lovely Albatros complex. The development is secure with gated access and on-site parking, set in a peaceful area yet only 500m from the main Plaza with bars, restaurants, cafés and shops — and just a 10-minute stroll to the beautiful Mar Menor beaches.
The property is ideally positioned overlooking the communal pool, making it perfect for families who like to be close to the centre of the complex.

Inside the Property

The house benefits from air-conditioning and infrared heating in the living room and the 2 upstairs bedrooms, ensuring year-round comfort.
All three bedrooms are also fitted with ceiling fans and infrared heating.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher and washing machine.

For entertainment, there is a flat-screen smart TV, Xbox with games, fibre-optic internet and IPTV with the full Sky package (Sky Sports, Sky Movies), plus a full movie library, box sets and catch-up TV.

Outdoor Space

At the front of the house is a lovely seating area with a stone BBQ and a table for six.
The private roof terrace also features a second stone BBQ, a relaxed seating area, sun loungers and beautiful festoon lighting for the evenings.

The surrounding area is very flat, making it ideal for mobility equipment and prams.

Lovely Townhouse

Lovely 3-bed townhouse with all the amenities you could ask for. The complex was beautifully looked after and the pool area was spotless. Good choice of supermarkets, restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk, as was the beach.

Just back from wonderful stay at Paul’s place. The house had everything you could possibly want including sunlougers and chairs for sitting round the lovely pool. The distance from the main strip was a short walk and about 10 mins walk from the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect accommodation.

Had a wonderful 2 week stay at Paul's place....the property is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need!! The 2 outdoor area's are perfect for dining alfresco and totally private. The pool is lovely too and very clean. Its a 20 minute walk to the beach which is lovely and the sea is so warm and shallow. There are also some great restaurants and bars only a short walk away. Louise is always contactable and she is very helpful and gave us some very useful information and also arranged taxi to and from the airport. Would highly recommended it and didn't want to leave!!

5 Star Break

Just returned from a weeks break. Everything was spot on, all amenities as described and equipped with everything you could ever need and more! The complex is in a great location, secure and beautifully maintained. Our first time in LA, but wont be the last. Lovely resort with a good mix of old and new and a fabulous promenade. Excellent communication, advice and help throughout, many thanks again Louise. Look forward to returning.

prijs en kwaliteit verhouding is top

heerlijk ruim huis van alle gemakken voorzien, wij waren met 6 mensen en dit is heel goed te doen, ook is het genieten op het beneden terras en op het dak terras. de 2de badkamer is fijn als je met een grotere groep bent.

Fabulous

Just had a fabulous week at Paul’s Place. This property is situated on a quiet secure gated complex within easy reach of all amenities. The house has been furnished to the highest standard from the well equipped kitchen, lovely living/dining area to the 3 spacious bedrooms. It also has large terrace wirh plenty of room for alfresco dining complete with barbecue. There is the added bonus of a rooftop terrace again well equipped for that barbecue whilst soaking up the rays. It is one of the best properties I have stayed in and cannot wait to return. Thank you Louise and Paul for offering this amazing house and whom are always available should you need anything. Also I would like to thank Linda for looking after us so well.

We bought the townhouse in 2018 but have owned a 2 bedroom bungalow on the complex since 2006
(property number 66917 Lou's Place) and love it so much that we have had every family holiday here since. Our Children are now grown up but they still ask to come out with us every year and meet up with friends they have made over the years. We maintain the property to a high standard and take pride in keeping it fresh and modern. We look forward to welcoming you and hope you love Los Alcazares and our bungalow as much as we do.
