What a peaceful place to relax! My friends and I enjoyed the cottage and its location along the Guadalupe River. We fished, sat on the deck and enjoyed going to the Kerrville Folk Festival and dining at local restaurants. Sandra was a perfect host; always available for questions.

Relaxing stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, fully equipped home and its location. We loved how close this home was to antique shopping, wine tasting, exotic zoo, Sauer-Beckmann Living History Farm and LBJ history museum. After full days of excursions, we came back and enjoyed grilling on the back deck, then driving the ATV to the creek in the backyard where it was so relaxing sitting by the huge trees and listening to the running water. Will definitely stay here again.

Center Point Gem

Cozy Cabin with access to the River. Cabin is well equipped with gracious hosts. Great deck to watch the deer feed in the morning and evening. Close proximity to Comfort and Kerrville. In town but on acreage to give you a quiet retreat.

This place was very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the property and were able to see deer feeding along with a few babies. The weather wasn’t great during our stay so we weren’t able to use all this property had to offer.

Loved it!

My sister and I loved this spot. Charming home with fields of wildflowers, birds, and deer between the house and the cozy river lined with big trees, frogs, tree frogs, some visible fish in the sweet sound of gently moving water. The hosts did everything to make us feel welcome and at home. We would love to return!
