This little apartment is well-equipped and super clean. The bed is very comfortable for a great night's sleep. TV has all streaming services and Sandy is a great host. She let us use the 2 kayaks to paddle to the beach from Lake Powell. It's only 1.5 miles from her house to the Gulf shore. The shoreline is very pristine and not crowded at all. We were impressed.
