About this property

Modern vacation home in the park "De Kreek", W-LAN

Our 2018 completely renovated holiday home with 60 sqm of living space is located in the Aquadelta / De Kreek holiday park near the small fishing village and the modern marina of Bruinisse in the province of Zeeland on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland.

It is fully equipped for four adults and one toddler. Baby equipment with travel cot (incl. Duvet 100x135cm and flat pillow, without bed linen), toddler step for toilet and sink and a high chair is available. The upper bedroom can easily accommodate a travel cot. The whole house has childproof sockets.

On the ground floor there is a living room with an open fireplace, an adjoining open kitchen with dining area for 4 people, a bathroom and one of the two bedrooms. The bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink was completely renovated in January 2018.

The two bedrooms are equipped with two box spring single beds in 80x200cm, which can be placed apart or together in the bedroom on the ground floor. Four duvets in 135x200cm and 40x80cm pillows are available. Bed linen, towels and tea towels must be brought.

The attic is covered with high-quality vinyl, the entire ground floor with hard-wearing tiles with a wood look.

The adjacent terrace is furnished. In the garden there is a large garden shed where you can store your own bicycles. The garden house is lockable. Outdoor games and high quality sand toys are available and can be used with pleasure. A charcoal grill with a kindling fireplace is also available.

Park De Kreek offers shops for daily needs as well as a bowling alley, a restaurant, a mini golf course, a tennis court, an indoor pool, an indoor playground, a laundrette and a bicycle rental.

Big bike: 10 € / day, 20 € / weekend, 30 € / midweek, 50 € / week.
Children's bike: € 7.50 / day, € 15 / weekend, € 22.50 / midweek, € 37.50 / week.

The park is characterized by large meadows, which are laid out directly on the house with small hills. Here children can run around to their hearts' content, swing, play table tennis, collect leaves, picnic, enjoy the day.

The Grevelingen Sea, separated from the North Sea by a protective dam, with a small bathing bay and a modern marina, can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The beaches of the North Sea in Renesse, Burgh-Haamstede or Brouwersdam are about 20 minutes away by car.

Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed. The entire house is a non-smoking house.

Der Check-In verlief problemlos und wir durften am Check Out Tag sogar noch länger bleiben.Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Lediglich die große Nähe zu den Nachbarn könnte als störend empfunden werden, wenn z.B wie bei uns der direkte Nachbar eine neue Einbauküche nachts aufbaut. Aber das sollte ja nicht allzu häufig passieren.

Meine Freundin und ich haben sich in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und in den Betten super geschlafen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden,was man braucht Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war top! Check-in und Check-out sind einfach und unkompliziert. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Schöne liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Der angrenzende Spielplatz direkt am Haus, hat meinen Mädchen super gefallen. Sie haben so viele Spielkontakte gefunden und waren ständig unterwegs. Der Park ist sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Klein aber fein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt...

Heerlijke dagen gehad

In het begin was het even zoeken en reden we het park aqua delta op. Uiteindelijk snel gevonden en hebben we heerlijke dagen gehad. Het huisje is gezellig knus en van alle gemakken voorzien! We konden inchecken en uitchecken wanneer we wilden waardoor ik en mn dochtertje 4 volle dagen van het weer hebben genoten.

Im Allgemeinen war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Leider war der Außenbereich nicht schön gepflegt und der Flur roch sehr muffig. Der Heizkörper im Bad war schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt. Das Interieur war teilweise modernisiert. Betten sind gemütlich und sauber.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Eine tolle und gepflegte Anlage mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Kinder. Das Haus ist auch sehr schön und super ausgestattet. Einziger Kritikpunkt: einem Mitreißenden war die Matratze zu weich. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich.

Klein maar schoon

Klein huisje maar een zeer schoon huisje, wij waren hier tijden de Visserijdagen in Bruinisse met 4 volwassenen, goed aan te fietsen naar de haven. Wel eigen fietsen meenemen ! Aanrader voor een lang weekend, veel gebruikers spullen al aanwezig .

Fijne vakantie gehad, maar...

Het was ons niet duidelijk dat gebruik van het zwembad niet bij de reservering was inbegrepen. Jammer dat we daar dan extra voor hebben moeten betalen. Babybed incompleet. Er miste een comfortabel matrasje voor onze 2 jarige. Verder fijn huisje en mooie omgeving.

Eine super Ferienwohnung für ein verlängertes Wochenende

Das Haus war super gelegen. Wenn man wollte konnte man schnell nach Antwerpen und Umgebung reisen und ebenso schnell kam man auch zu einem Strand. Die Ferienanlage war ebenfalls super und bieten sowohl für Erwachsene als auch vor allem für Kinder viel Unterhaltung. Das Haus war ebenfalls super. Wir hätten uns zwar einen Backofen gewünscht, aber dafür gab es eine Mikrowelle mit Backofen Funktion. Auch sonst war das Haus super ausgestattet mit Spielen, Küchengeräte, Grill etc

Das modern und liebevoll angerichtete Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Ausstattungen bis zu Detail sehr zufrieden, Gastgeber hat wirklich an alles gedacht, von Waschutenselien , Kleinkind Ausstattungen, bis zur Gewürzen und Geschirr und Garten Grill. Uns hat es nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist auch top und Ruhig ! Die letzte Reihe deswegen keine schaut ins Wohnzimmer rein. Außerdem ist die Gastgeber Alex und Tanja sehr freundlich und schnell zu erreichen. Man kriegt meistens sofort eine Antwort wenn man in Fewo App eine Nachricht hinterlässt. Sie haben uns sogar extra geschrieben dass wir später abreisen dürfen weil an dem Tag kein Nachfolger kommt. Wir sind rundum sehr zufrieden und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder wenn wir in Holland wieder Urlaub machen. Vielen Dank Alex und Tanja!

Das Haus ist für 2 Personen ausreichend! Leider waren 3/4 Punkte nicht gut! Die Terrasse und der dazugehörende Gartenanteil waren sehr vernachlässigt! Viel Unkraut! Es gibt kein Wäschereck im Haus um Badesachen etc. draussen aufzuhängen! Leider hat der Ausguss im Waschbecken schon nach einem halben Tag nichtbenutzen sehr unangenehm gerochen! Die Betten sind viel zu weich, ist vielleicht auch Geschmacksache! Das Haus ist ansonsten sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns trotz der Mängel sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, auch die Kommunikation zu den Gastgebern war schnell und hilfreich. Bei ausstehenden Punkten zum Thema Sauberkeit wurde rasch reagiert. Insgesamt also empfehlenswert.

Why they chose this property

We drove regularly with our parents in our childhood to Zeeland and have many great memories of carefree, adventurous holidays with lots of sand and water.
We chose this property because we have vacationed here many times and like the park very much with its old trees, the small hills, the expanse of meadows. It was always very important to us that you can just open the door on vacation and the kids can walk. That is fully here.
In addition, the region offers a lot for all ages. Whether beach visits with or without a beach pavilion with delicious drinks, fly kites, build sandcastles, play Viking chess, catch crabs and of course free, small, old, interesting villages, the many markets, ride for hours, eat ice cream here and there, farm shops with homemade cheese, the list can be continued almost endlessly. In short: We are very happy and often here :-)
