This beachfront apartment is located on the 5th floor and features a balcony with direct views of the sea and beach, furnished with outdoor furniture and a parasol. It includes a spacious living room with a sofa and television, a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer), two spacious bedrooms—one with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and the other with bunk beds and a double bed (140 cm)—a bathroom with a washing machine, and a separate toilet.

Important information: The residence has undergone a technical inspection which revealed structural weakness in the balconies. Pending repairs, temporary supports have been installed. Due to this installation, the use of awnings is currently impossible.
