Charming studio apartment of about 21 m² located on a pedestrian street in the very heart of city centre Caen. You’ll find all kinds of shops nearby (restaurants, bars, stores, bakeries, pharmacies, etc.).

Perfect for exploring Caen, whether you’re travelling alone or as a couple!

The studio is on the ground floor and does not have an lift. It features a double bed (140/200 cm), a walk-in closet, a Smart TV, a kitchenette (with a microwave, dishes, a kettle, a toaster, coffee maker), and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Sheets are provided, as well as one towel per person.

You’ll have access to the entire apartment.

The street is pedestrian-only, so it’s not possible to park right outside the apartment. You’ll find paid parking spots on the surrounding streets and a secure underground car park 50 metres away.
