SLEEPING QUARTERS Each of the bedrooms features a hotel-quality mattress, ample storage, and a flatscreen TV. The spacious Primary Suite has a King bed, a walk-in closet, an ensuite bath, and sliding glass doors with direct access to the pool. The Guest Bedroom has a King bed, direct access to the yard, and easy access to the guest bathroom in the hallway. There is also a Casita with a Queen bed, an ensuite bathroom and a kitchenette.

ABOUT THE LOCATION This property is centrally located in the heart of Palm Springs just one block from Ruth Hardy Park - and just half a mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive as it cuts through the Uptown Design District. Casual eateries, fine dining, coffee spots, art galleries and specialty boutiques are all within walking distance. The Convention Center, The Casino and the public tennis courts are also very close by. You'll be just minutes from movie theaters, museums, and live performance venues. Our stay in the Movie Colony
We were very pleased with our stay. The home was very comfortable and plenty of room for the 6 of us. Everything we needed was at our fingertips, especially in the kitchen with all of the spices and perfect utensils for everything! The beds were very plush and comfortable and tons of room outside to lounge around. The location was fabulous. We had so much fun walking into town and exploring the movie stars homes in the area. All together is was a great experience!

Please read the house rules carefully and share them with all booked guests. The City of Palm Springs prohibits amplified noise (including music) outdoors at all times. Violations of the PS Noise Ordinance can result in a $500 citation, and three citations result in a revocation of our short-term vacation rental permit. While we do not make these rules, we do enforce them, so we appreciate your adherence, which will allow others to continue to this special home!

**The City of Palm Springs charges a 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) on stays less than 28 days. This tax will be collected separate from your Airbnb booking/payment. **Effective July 1, 2021, the Greater Palm Springs Convention & Visitors Bureau established a Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID) which includes short-term vacation rentals. This imposes a 1% assessment on all short-term vacation rentals less than 28 days. This 1% assessment will be collected along with the TOT for a total of 12.5%.
