You will feel completely at home from the very first minute in our little paradise in the centre of Reit im Winkl. The location on the top floor is a highlight. The open roof truss, together with the large panoramic window, gives the flat that special chalet flair. Traditional Bavarian furniture - handmade by a local carpenter, wooden flooring and a fully equipped country-style kitchen round off the special ambience of the flat. From the large covered balcony, which is fully furnished, you have a marvellous view of the Unterberg and the Kaiser Mountains and can enjoy the sun to the full. Wonderful hikes in the surrounding area can be undertaken directly from the house, and in winter a cross-country ski trail runs directly behind our house. The entrance to the cross-country ski trail is also just a 'Steinbocksprung' away. Our little Alpenglück is situated in a preferred central, sunny location about 5 minutes' walk from the centre of Reit im Winkl. An Edeka supermarket with bakery is only 150 metres away on foot and the Festhalle with its excellent Bavarian restaurant and friendly service is directly opposite.
The indicated amount for the final cleaning / key handover is subject to a price increase by the property management.
One dog is allowed up to a maximum size of 40cm.
